Information you provide

If you request a sample, propose a market or event signal, configure an offer, submit a cleaner city-fit request, email OpeningSignal, or purchase a service, we may receive your name, company, work email, buyer role, territory, event filters, market scope, minimum account profile, exclusions, cadence, delivery address, and message.

How we use it

We use submitted information to assess fit, prepare samples, confirm scope, operate intake, deliver purchased files or services, create customer and entitlement records, provide support, process quality reviews, suppress existing accounts, and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

When provider-hosted payment is available, the payment provider handles card details. OpeningSignal may retain transaction identifiers, product and price references, billing contact details, status events, and limited risk or dispute information supplied by the provider. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Business information

OpeningSignal processes business-related information obtained through lawful means to provide business-to-business intelligence services. We do not design our products to expose sensitive personal information or re-identify masked individuals.

Website and campaign data

This static website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or third-party behavioral analytics. A cleaner campaign link may store an allowlisted campaign source, medium, campaign name, optional creative code, and first-visit time in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days. It is not transmitted merely by visiting; it is included only in a city-fit email request you choose to send. Hosting providers may retain standard security and access logs.

Retention and deletion

We retain intake, business correspondence, transaction, entitlement, delivery, suppression, refund, dispute, and quality-review records only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, legal, security, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping. You may request deletion of information you provided, subject to obligations that require retention.

Service providers

We use providers for hosting, business email, workflow automation, CRM, data storage, and payment processing. They process information only as needed to provide those services under their own terms and privacy policies.
