The service

OpeningSignal develops business intelligence from information obtained through lawful means and delivers filtered sales-research outputs. Products may cover different markets and opportunity types. A delivery may include business details, contact routes, timing context, territory filters, suppression, enrichment, and recommended outreach angles.

Washington contractor X-date offers

The WA X-Date Pack is a $399 one-time filtered file of up to 250 matched records. The Agency Feed is a $1,000-per-month recurring service. The Managed X-Date Pipeline is a $4,000-per-month recurring service with custom operating scope. Exact territory, event types, cadence, fields, suppression rules, activation date, and delivery format are confirmed before payment or activation.

A five-record sample is offered for evaluation. A sample request does not create a subscription or guarantee acceptance into a paid service. Any custom design-partner engagement is governed by a separate written scope.

Commercial-cleaner feeder

The commercial-cleaner path is a separate self-serve research offer. It begins with a coverage check and one relevant sample at no charge. If coverage fits, ongoing delivery may be offered at $99 per month. It is not part of the WA contractor X-date service.

No guarantee of buying intent or outcomes

An insurance expiration, license expiration, newly effective license, permit, completion, or opening event is a timing signal—not proof of lapse, shopping intent, unmet need, or a purchase decision. OpeningSignal does not guarantee replies, appointments, quotes, policies, cleaning work, contracts, or revenue. Customers remain responsible for verifying material facts, fit, procurement rules, and contact permissions before outreach.

Information limitations

Business information can be incomplete, inaccurate, changed, or delayed. Deliveries may include verification context where available. OpeningSignal is not a government service, insurer, insurance producer, certificate issuer, or municipality, and is not affiliated with those entities.

Replacement and quality review

For the one-time WA X-Date Pack, materially unusable records reported within seven calendar days are reviewed against the written order criteria. Confirmed duplicates, stale records, unreachable promised routes, or criteria mismatches are replaced where the agreed scope provides for replacement. Recurring-service replacement, review, cancellation, and payment terms are stated in the customer’s written scope before activation.

Payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellation

No product page should be treated as an active checkout until OpeningSignal presents a provider-hosted payment step and the applicable final terms. One-time purchases do not renew. Recurring services renew according to the cadence shown at checkout or in the signed scope. Provider fees, refund eligibility, cancellation timing, and service credits are disclosed before payment and remain subject to rights that cannot legally be limited.

Acceptable use

You may use deliveries for lawful business development. You may not use them for harassment, deception, unlawful discrimination, privacy invasion, prohibited automated messaging, insurance misrepresentation, or any activity that violates applicable law, licensing obligations, suppression requirements, or applicable third-party terms.

Intellectual property

Third-party information remains subject to applicable rights and restrictions. OpeningSignal’s selection, compilation, enrichment, scoring, report structure, commentary, and branding are proprietary and may not be reverse engineered, republished, or resold as a competing dataset or service without written permission.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, OpeningSignal is not responsible for indirect losses, missed opportunities, outreach outcomes, underwriting decisions, or business decisions based on a delivery. The customer remains responsible for independent verification and lawful use.
